FINDLAY, Ohio (May 12, 2014) — Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has announced a dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock, payable June 27 to stockholders of record at the close of business June 2.
This marks the tire maker’s 169th consecutive quarterly dividend.
