Cooper to webcast investor day presentation

FINDLAY, Ohio (May 9, 2014) — Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. will hold a live webcast of its Investor Day presentation at 8:30 a.m. EDT on May 15.

Cooper Chairman, CEO and President Roy Armes and Chief Financial Officer Brad Hughes, as well as others on the executive leadership team, will review business operations, company financials and the Findlay-based tire maker’s long-term strategic plan during the webcast.

The live audio webcast, with related presentation materials, will be accessible to all interested investors and parties at the media server website or via Cooper’s investor relations website.

The company will archive the webcast at both sites beginning approximately two hours after the live webcast and the material will be accessible for 30 days.
