KENOSHA, Wis. (April 23, 2014) — Tool maker Snap-on Inc. will webcast its 2014 annual meeting of shareholders live via the Internet on Thursday, April 24.
The webcast will be available on the Snap-on website beginning at 10 a.m. Central Time on April 24. The archived presentation will then be available on the site for a period of time, the company said.
Anyone interested in participating in the event can visit the company website and click on the link to the webcast. Participants should go to the site at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the event to download and install any necessary audio software.
Kenosha-based Snap-on makes and markets tools, equipment, diagnostics, repair information and systems solutions for vehicle dealerships and repair centers, as well as for customers in industries, including aviation and aerospace, agriculture, construction, government and military, mining, natural resources, power generation and technical education.
