COLLEYVILLE, Texas (April 22, 2014) — The Automotive Service Association (ASA) and Identifix Inc. have renewed an agreement that allows ASA members to access Indentifix’s Direct-Hit Web-based repair information at a reduced cost.
Direct-Hit, which ASA said is the industry’s largest source of continually updated, experience-based repair information, is available to ASA members for $144 per month — $15 less than regular price. In addition, new subscribers under the ASA program are eligible for a $30-per-month discount for the first three months of their subscription.
Identifix’s Direct-Hit service also includes genuine OEM service and repair information for unedited factory data shops rely on, ASA said.
“Identifix has the privilege of continuing our longstanding relationship with the Automotive Service Association, providing ASA members with technical information — both online and hotline — that delivers high return-on-investment at an exceptional value,” said Richard Gunderson, vice president of business development for Identifix.
“As more ASA member repair shops subscribe to our online tool, Direct-Hit, the entire network of shops will benefit through access to more fix information, as well as an even deeper discount.”
Identifix also is a regular exhibitor at ASA’s annual NACE/CARS event, which will take place July 31 to Aug. 1 in Detroit. The company will be located at booth No. 30003.
