TIA seeks board nominations

BOWIE, Md. (March 12, 2014) — The Tire Industry Association (TIA) is now accepting nominations for its 2014-2015 board of directors.

TIA said members in good standing or official representatives of industry associations may recommend candidates to the Nominating Committee, and self-nominations also are welcome.

Board positions are open to all TIA members who have been in good standing for at least two consecutive years, according to the association. Independent tire dealers, tire manufacturers, wholesale distributors, suppliers, recyclers and retreaders are eligible.

The deadline for board nominations is at 5 p.m. EDT May 1, TIA said. To download a nominating form, visit TIA’s website or contact Donna Sage at dsage@tireindustry.org or 800-876 8372, ext. 102.
