Cooper declares 168th consecutive dividend

FINDLAY, Ohio (Feb. 24, 2014) — Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has kept its quarterly dividend streak going.

The Findlay-based tire maker said it will pay a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock, payable March 28 to stockholders of record at the close of business March 5. This will mark the 168th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the company.
