ELGIN, Ill. (Feb. 20, 2014) — Automotive parts supplier SKF USA has recognized EKH & Associates as one of its 2013 manufacturer’s representatives of the year.
The company named EKH for achieving “exceptional sales growth and customer service,” noting the firm “effectively increased sales by 56.23 percent in 2013 and added two new distributors,” one of which is a major player in the U.S.
Jeff Guempel, director of sales, automotive aftermarket for SKF USA, said “the EKH Team had great success over the past year and are primed to have an outstanding 2014.”
“This honor is one that must be shared by our entire team,” said Denny Hershey, traditional vice president at Cleveland-based EKH, which has a sales office in Farmington, Mich. “Our growth in 2013 was due in large part to the efforts expended over the past four years by several of our sales group along with the support and assistance of SKF.”

The company is represented in more than 130 countries through about 15,000 distributor locations worldwide.
