Mighty offering spring rebates

NORCROSS, Ga. (Feb. 20, 2014) — Mighty Auto Parts is offering a customer rebate worth up to $95 toward a patron's next vehicle maintenance service at a shop.

This promotion—which runs from March 1through April 30—is designed to increase a shop's preventive maintenance sales by bringing customers back for follow-up visits, according to Mighty. When a customer purchases one or more of the qualifying Mighty services, they'll receive by mail a rebate check—made out to the repair shop—that can be applied for future services.

Those services include brake pad and rotor replacement, cabin air filter replacement, along with oil, cooling and transmission systems cleaning and A/C service.

For the professional technician or service advisor, Mighty said the program couldn't be easier: Sell the needed service, recommend the appropriate product(s) and advise the consumer of the rebate available. The company is offering shops "attractive point of purchase (POP) materials" to help the sales effort.
