TAIWAN (Feb. 19, 2014) — Federal Corp. and the organizers of the King of Europe drifting competition have released a video previewing the 2014 series.
Federal, the official tire supplier of the competition, said it "is looking forward to bringing the games to another peak."
The Taiwan-based tire marketer also announced that, for the fifth consecutive year, it is sponsoring European drifting driver Adam Kerenyi. Federal said he will join Federal at its booth at the biennial 2014 Reifen tire trade show in Essen, Germany, in May.
Dawu Chen, Federal's worldwide sales and marketing director, said the company "has been involved in the (King of Europe) games for several years" and is privileged to be a title sponsor of King of Europe as Federal celebrates its 60th anniversary.
"In this special year," he continued, "Federal is going to launch the next generation of 595 RS-R and carry on a series of activities with Adam in Europe. We hope that these will not only bring more attention to Federal's products but also raise more awareness and passion for drifting sports to the world."
