Tech Int'l. hires supply chain manager

JOHNSTOWN, Ohio (Feb. 14, 2014) — Tire repair materials supplier Tech International has hired Matt Reeping as supply chain manager.

Mr. Reeping has 18 years' experience in materials management in the automotive and metals industries, Tech International said. He will be responsible for overseeing efficiencies in production, scheduling, purchasing, inventory and logistics for the company's North America operations.

Mr. Reeping has a bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in business management from Kent State University and is pursuing his Certified Supply Chain Professional accreditation, according to Tech.

"Matt's experience and expertise will prove invaluable in our ability to better manage our supply chain from end to end, and exceed our customers' service expectations," said Bob Overs, chief operating officer.
