Goodyear declares dividend of 5 cents per share

AKRON (Jan. 16, 2014) — Goodyear has declared a quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share of common stock.

The dividend is payable March 3 to shareholders of record on Jan. 31. The payout represents an annual rate of 20 cents per share, according to the Akron-based tire maker.

Titan International and the United Steelworkers union have petitioned the U.S. International Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Commerce seeking relief from OTR tire imports from China, India and Sri Lanka. What’s your opinion?
