Goodyear to present at Deutsche Bank conference

AKRON (Jan. 8, 2014) — Goodyear will webcast its presentation at the 2014 Deutsche Bank Global Auto Industry Conference in Detroit on Jan. 14.

Laura K. Thompson, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will provide a business overview and discuss the tire maker’s strategies for about 40 minutes. A live audio webcast of the presentation will be available at 1:35 p.m. on the company’s investor relations website. A replay of the webcast will be available following the event.

Approximately 45 minutes prior to the webcast, Goodyear said it will post on the website the financial and other related information that will be presented.

Titan International and the United Steelworkers union have petitioned the U.S. International Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Commerce seeking relief from OTR tire imports from China, India and Sri Lanka. What’s your opinion?
